> The Bank of Ghana is re-demoninating the currency of Ghana from July 2007. 10 000 cedis will be equivalent to 1 Ghana cedi. The old currency, however, will be used along side the new currency till December 2007. Banks will continue to accept the old currency for exchange to the new currency.
